Welcome to 2018!
We are starting the new year with a fresh name on mobilee.
M.E.M.O. aka Anselmo Alarcon from Spain is opening the series for a new mobilee season.

Born in Málaga in 1980, he spent his childhood in Humilladero village. There, at 10 years old, he began classes of piano in the conservatory and with just 14, he formed his own band “Depende”, where he sang and played the guitar. At this moment, he was influenced by groups like Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy, Prodigy and Chemical Brothers at the same time that styles like Acid, Jungle and the first breaks were imported from UK to Costa del Sol. This is how his addiction to vinyl shops begins.

In 2005, after working in most of the clubs of the south of Spain, he decided to move to Barcelona where he opens his own vinyl shop (Washing Machine Records) and in the next 7 years he played in the best clubs of the city: Moog, Catwalk, Felini, Zentraus … He was the resident for a time of the party Zen of City Hall each Sunday and the breaks parties of Sidecar.
In 2006 he debuts with his first live act in Space (Ibiza), at an Ibiza Global Radio’s party. From there he starts playing in other clubs of the island so finally he moves there for 5 years.

After 22 years of career, this avant-gard artist has played in many of the most important clubs of his country like Space (Ibiza), Privilege (Ibiza), Sankies (Ibiza), Moog and Kubik (Bcn), Industrial Copera (Granada) and many more… He has acted in countries such as Germany, UK, Norway, Netherlands, Russia, Croatia, Romania, Italy, USA, México, Dominican Republic; and in national and international festivals such as Creamfields, Dreambeach, Espárrago Rock, Winter Music Conferene, ADE Festival, Sommerøya, Musikfest, Festivalia, Eurosounds, TribalNation, RocketFestivalSpain, BreakNation, FlashBack, Live Dance Festival, Ohm Festival…
